Biodiversity on wallpapers

Different wallpapers for different purposes. All of them are created taking inspiration from the realms of the natural world.

Monotyping nature

I cut silhouettes of Japanese algae out of some botanical drawings from the collection of the Biodiversity Heritage Library, making stencils and fun to work with cardboard pieces.
I worked with a technique called monotype: a particular printing tecnique that evaluates imperfections, adding beauty to them.
